I had a pleasant stay at the Merdeka Palace Hotel & Suites. The location is superb; it's conveniently located near various attractions in Kuching. While the room had a charming antique feel, I did notice some areas could use improvement, particularly the service during check-in. Overall, I appreciated the clean and spacious accommodations, as well as the helpful staff, especially Sharon, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.
